Heard learned counsel for the applicants. 

The grievance of the applicants is that the opposite parties have willfully, deliberately and knowingly flouted the order of the writ Court dated 25.03.2015 passed in Public Interest Litigation No. 11028 of 2015, copy of which order is annexed as Anneuxre-1 to the affidavit accompanying the contempt application, whereby the writ Court had directed that State and the District Administration shall not requisition the services of the teachers in Primary School and Junior High Schools for carrying out such work which is without the authority of law.

Learned counsel for the applicants contends that the aforesaid order of the writ Court was duly served upon the opposite parties vide application dated 06.04.2015, copy of which is annexed as Annexure-2 to the affidavit accompanying the contempt application and inspite of the aforesaid order, the Sub-Divisional-Magistrate, Sadar, District Allahabad passed an order requisiting the services of the applicants which is contemptous. 
Issue notice to all the opposite parties returnable within a period of four weeks. Steps be taken within a week. The opposite parties may also file counter affidavit within the same period. As prayed by learned counsel for the applicant two weeks' thereafter, is granted for filing rejoinder affidavit. 

List immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period before appropriate Court.
