Counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State-respondents, today
in the Court, is taken on record.
Sri Amit Kumar Singh Bhadauriya, learned counsel for the
petitioners has filed rejoinder affidavit to the said counter
affidavit, the same is taken on record. Sri Bhadauriya has also
filed two objections against the applications for impleadment
filed by Sri Amrendra Nath Tripathi and Sri Anand Mani
Tripathi, Advocates. The same are also taken on record. Sri
Amrendra Nath Tripathi, Advocate has filed replication to the
objection filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners against
the impleadment application, which is also taken on record.
List/ put up tomorrow i.e. 30.01.2019, at 10:15 a.m. along with
other connected matters for further arguments.
Interim order to continue till the next date of listing.
It is made clear that the persons who have filed applications for
impleadment shall only be permitted to be heard as intervener
in the said writ petition.
Sri Amrendra Nath Tripathi, Advocate has submitted that he is
adopting the arguments of the State Government and also the
counter affidavit so filed by the State-respondents.

यूपी 69000 शिक्षक भर्ती परिणाम पर रोक जारी, बुधवार को फिर होगी सुनवाई
लखनऊ। यूपी में 69000 सहायक शिक्षकों की भर्ती के परिणाम पर लगी रोक को एक दिन के लिए और बढ़ा दिया गया है। बुधवार को भी कोर्ट में सुनवाई जारी रहेगी। 69 हजार पदों पर भर्ती के लिए 6 जनवरी को लिखित परीक्षा हुई थी। गौरतलब है कि कई अभ्यर्थियों ने परीक्षा में 60 व 65 प्रतिशत क्वालिफाइंग मार्क्स तय किये जाने को चुनौती दी है।
8 जनवरी को परीक्षा की आंसर की जारी की गईं थीं हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच ने 17 जनवरी को भर्ती की लिखित परीक्षा के परिणाम पर रोक लगा दी थी। इसके बाद 21 जनवरी को यथास्थिति बरकरार रखने का आदेश अगली सुनवाई के लिए 29 जनवरी की तिथि तय की गयी । हालांकि 22 जनवरी को शिक्षक भर्ती का परिणाम घोषित होना था।
आपको बता दें कि उत्तर प्रदेश में सहायक शिक्षकों के 69 हजार पदों पर भर्ती की परीक्षा के क्वालिफाइंग मार्क्स को हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच में चुनौती दी गई थी। दर्जनों याचियों की ओर से दाखिल अलग-अलग नौ याचिकाओं में सहायक शिक्षक भर्ती परीक्षा 2019 के क्वालिफाइंग मार्क्स को लेकर चुनौती दी गई थी।
याचियों के अधिवक्ता अमित सिंह भदौरिया के अनुसार 7 जनवरी को राज्य सरकार ने जनरल कैटगरी के लिए क्वालिफाइंग मार्क्स 65 प्रतिशत जबकि रिजर्व कैटगरी के लिए 60 प्रतिशत रखने की घोषणा की। याचिकाओं में कहा गया है कि विज्ञापन में ऐसे किसी क्वालिफाइंग मार्क्स की बात नहीं की गई थी। लिहाजा बाद में क्वालिफाइंग मार्क्स तय करना विधि सम्मत नहीं है।
