The petitioner claims to be Head Master in an Institution run and maintained by the Basic Education Board. His date of retirement is 30.6.2015. It is submitted that by Government Order dated 9.12.2014 the academic session of the School have been been changed and now it is from Ist of April of the current year to 31st March next year and, therefore, it is prayed that he may be given session benefit and may be allowed to continue till 31st March, 2016.

The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.1 to consider the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before it.

However, the authority concerned will see that the petitioner is not given session benefit twice.

याचिकाकर्ता के लिए सीखा वकील सुना, स्थायी वकील सीखा वकील कोई प्रतिवादी के लिए प्रदर्शित होने, राज्य उत्तरदाताओं नंबर 1 और 2 और श्री विक्रम बहादुर सिंह के लिए प्रदर्शित होने के सीखा है। 3 और 4।

याचिकाकर्ता सिर एक संस्थान चलाने में मास्टर और बेसिक शिक्षा बोर्ड द्वारा बनाए रखा होने का दावा। सेवानिवृत्ति की उसकी तारीख 2015/06/30 है। यह स्कूल के शैक्षणिक सत्र के लिए बदल दिया गया है 2014/09/12 दिनांकित सरकार के आदेश से उस प्रस्तुत की है और अब यह इसलिए है, क्योंकि यह वह दी जा सकती है कि प्रार्थना की है कि अगले साल 31 मार्च तक चालू वर्ष के अप्रैल के प्रथम से है और है सत्र लाभ और 31 मार्च 2016 तक जारी रखने की अनुमति दी जा सकती है।

रिट याचिका विधि के अनुसार याचिकाकर्ता के दावे पर विचार करने और इस आदेश की प्रमाणित प्रतिलिपि यह पहले प्रस्तुत किया है तिथि से तीन महीने की अवधि के भीतर उचित आदेश को पारित करने के लिए प्रतिवादी नंबर 1 के लिए दिशा के साथ निपटाया है।

हालांकि, प्राधिकरण याचिकाकर्ता दो बार सत्र लाभ नहीं दिया जाता है कि देखेंगे संबंध है।
