In terms of order passed earlier, the learned counsel for opposite parties submits that a short affidavit has been prepared but learned counsel for petitioner indicates that the primary dispute regarding the questions said to be incorrect has not been explained to the short counter affidavit. In such circumstances, the opposite parties 2 and 4 shall file their affidavit by 27th may, 2020 specifically explaining the alleged inconsistencies in the questions indicated in the memorandum of petition as also the expert opinion which has been taken by the opposite parties with regard to said alleged inconsistencies.
List this case on 28th May, 2020. The petitioner may file their response thereto prior to next date of listing. The application for interim relief regarding postponement or otherwise of the selection process may be considered on the next date of listing.
