Petitioner no.1 is society i.e a Welfare Association of the employees working in Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan whereas petitioner no.2 is one of the members of the said Association.

Looking into the grievance raised by the petitioners this petition, the writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to respondent no.2 to consider the grievance of the members of the Welfare Association of the employees and take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law.

For the aforesaid purpose, petitioner no.1 is permitted to make a fresh representation within 15 days from today, taking all the pleas available to the members of welfare association and its demand and annexing therewith a list of its members. If such a representation is made, the same shall be considered and decided by respondent no.2 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of representation along with the certified copy of this order by passing a speaking and reasoned order.

The decision so taken shall be communicated to the Welfare Association and its address shall be disclosed in the representation to be made under this order.
