The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition
challenging the Government Order dated 22nd November, 2018
issued by the State Government (Annexure-1 to the writ
petition. It is contented that the aforesaid Government Order is
in violation of Rule 4 contained under The Right of Children to
Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.
Matter needs consideration.
All the respondents are granted two weeks time to file counter
affidavit.
List this matter on 15th April, 2019 along with Writ A No. 617
of 2019.
